TERMS & CONDITIONS
This website is operated by ABBLOO MERCHANDISE PRIVATE LIMITED. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ABBLOO. ABBLOO offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website – abbloo.com. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website (abbloo.com) or use any services.
By visiting our site(abbloo.com) and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). These Terms of Service apply to all website users (abbloo.com), including users who are browsers, suppliers, clients, merchants and/or content contributors without restriction.
Any new features or tools which are added to the current store (ABBLOO) shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page(abbloo.com/termsandcondition). It is your duty to periodically check this site for any modifications and recognition of those modifications is your ongoing use or access to the website after publishing any modifications.
Orders must be paid in full or (half amount in case of bulk order) before the order begins unless otherwise approved by Abbloo staff. If you pay via check (in bulk order), the order will not begin until your check clears.
Example: Ashok Inc. Emails ABBLOO about placing a T-Shirt order. ABBLOO sends Ashok a Quote. Ashok approves the quote and Abbloo sends an Invoice. Ashok, then pays for the order. Once payment is received, Abbloo places the order on the schedule.
Design approval and order confirmation
All designs are to be approved via a designer team through email. Design must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the design and accuracy of design by the customer. It is very important to look after every detail of the design, as this is how your garments will print. Abbloo will not accept any responsibility for corrections not implemented and/or requested after design approval. Any changes mentioned after client endorsement will bring about generation delays and could require extra costs. Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the design could result in production delays.
Changes to Your Order After Payment
Any modifications to your order after it is put will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or provided us a deadline that is needed. It’s very essential you’re not placing your order until you’re sure you want that. Everyone in our store starts working on distinct parts of the job once the method begins, modifications become expensive and time consuming.
Cancellations & Restocking Fees
Cancellations created after placing the order will be subject to a restocking fee of 15 percent plus any extra charges needed to cover already rendered services. No cancellations will be accepted once the production or manipulation of the clothing (e.g. Removal of tags, printed tags, printing, hem tagging, etc.) has begun.
Abbloo can not be held liable for any delays in shipping caused by the shipping company.
